Description
The objective of the paper is to evaluate and assess the significance of the different IT system that has been adopted by the organization of NAB in order to widen their core banking scope at the different functions of the business process. An attempt has been made through this paper to understand the way the organization of The National Australia Bank has leveraged the IT solutions to leverage the business advantages at the operational level. The several scopes of the organization in terms of the revenue benefit, the business process cost like the staffing the improvement in the services and efficiencies of the bank, the sustainable needs and advantages that has been acquired through the IT solutions are being discussed in this paper.
Further two exemplary IT system solutions that have been leveraged by the organization to enhance their business operations are also being accentuated through this composition. This helps in evaluating the current operational condition of the bank in terms of the IT structure and the way it is helping the business to flourish.
