This assignment is based on the following assignment description –
You are the owner of a company which needs to change to stay competitive. You need to select a senior manager from your team to lead the company through change.
1) How will you decide which senior manager would be the most effective change agent? What qualities, skills and experience will you look for and why? (20 marks)
2) How will you expect them to motivate their team and engage the staff fully in the change programme including managing any conflict that arises? (20 marks)
3) What HR policies might you consider putting in place to support the process of change? (20 marks)
4) What change management strategies, ideas, and models will you suggest they study to help them succeed in their role? (40 marks)
