The topic as selected for analysis is to evaluate the impact of goal, mission and vision on change management and culture as prevalent within organisation. Goals, vision and mission are the strategic objectives that organisations look to achieve from their operations. They indicate the short term and long term strategic orientation of the firm and the efforts of all the employees within organisation are aimed at achieving such strategic goals. However, in performing the attainment of organisation’s vision and mission, there are various important factors that are required to be considered such as selecting an appropriate organisational culture, performing change management activities etc.
