Description
American Revolution and French revolution have changed the ways political governance was done. Both the revolutions gave people more power, which was in those days unheard of. Both the revolutions ended tyranny and brought out democracy in the state rulings. However, the impact of French revolution was restricted to Europe whereas the American Revolution freed a nation from colonial rule, which went on becoming one of the oldest democracies on earth. In this context, American Revolution has had greater influence on the history of the world in the last two centuries.
