Description
Human resource management (HRM) has evolved to a great extent over the years and is considered as an important contributor towards achieving organizational goals. Human resource management planning enables organization to identify the various factors influencing the effectiveness of the human resource. The development of HRM plan involves strategic analysis of the department independently, which enables the HRM to identify the departmental objectives, the understanding of the vision and mission of the objectives and the approach to communicate it to the employees. The planning also requires HRM to identify the strategic HR issues, which helps HRM to bring changes in their functions depending on the strengths and weaknesses of the department and the employees, which would enable it to align departmental and organizational objectives effectively. The development of HRM plan can be effective when the strategic HR issues are effectively understood and prioritized, which enables the HRM to draw a plan, which considers the various aspects of the issues and implements changes in the required areas and support the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
