Description
The case highlights the different tools which are required in operations management. Network diagram and critical path analysis are used in this report to determine the cost as well as other determinants for the success of the project. The network diagram is an effective tool that is used for designing a plan. Network diagram basically comprises of such a system that comprises of various interrelated network.
