Description
Bullying in organisations has become one of the prime social phenomena, which can have a direct, as well as indirect impact on the productivity of employees and managers (Heames, 2006). Ethical or moral principles come from within; they are a human action, which may be judged as right or wrong. Ethical problems are present in every day life, in ones personal life or in business. The term ethics is important in the workplace as it states the moral principles and rules of conduct (Delbridge, 2009). Ethics are very important to an organisation, as they provide a high moral standard and enhance professionalism within the workplace.
This paper will critically examine the ethical issues in business, the impact of bullying from relevant perspectives, the ethical ramifications of decisions and the approaches to amending the ongoing social health of the organisation.
