Bio-fuels like ethanol are alternative source of energy and form a substitute to petroleum. This helps as an alternate source of power for running a vehicle, helps in agriculture and much other stuff. Researches prove that producing energy from ethanol is not preferred as against other sources. The other sources of producing energy give out eighty percent more efficiency. Energy produced from ethanol or from any other non-conventional form of energy sources help not only in transportation but also in agriculture and therefore, method which can encourage reproduction is advisable. However, producing energy from any non-conventional resources also demands a analysis that how much resources are generated from them at the same time, how much resources are used to produce from them. Both have an equal effect on the eco-system (Berry, 2009).
