Description
Globalization and economic liberalization has leaded all communities and cultures of the world to progress in socio-economic conditions of their lives. Economic independence, spread of education across societies have influenced lifestyle, and thus connected their entire world together. Today, we have the global national boarders wide ajar for various nationalities to walk in and get absorbed. Therefore, cross cultural interactions, cross boarder business transactions and multi national professionals working under one roof, doing day to day interactions are common scenes today. Racial discrimination or bigotry or prejudice against various races has been one of the biggest cultural stereotypes across the globe (Smith & Bond, 1994).
