Water is a critical resource which is necessary in all aspects of life and it being the cause for the mankind being in existence, protection and proper usage is a must. It is predicted that the future wars will be waged on water issues. Though 80% of earth’s surface is water only 1% is freshwater. The average per capita consumption is 169 gallons much above average world consumption. The estimates for the future are due to the increasing population. South Florida usually has an abundance of rainfall and has many bays and aquifiers South Florida consumes half of the water consumed in Florida
