This paper answers the following 2 questions –
1. What is occupational health psychology and what can it offer organisations and employees?
2. Research indicates that work can have a negative impact on the health of employees. When compared with unemployed people, however, individuals who are employed are generally healthier. Critically discuss this issue providing examples of research to support your argument.
