This report is constructed to exemplify the learning contract signed by me and my group in order to achieve and hoon my capability of leadership. It starts with the triggers and the events which narrate the reason of me working on improving my skills in order to maintain the Long Term Influence on my subordinates and colleagues supported with the leadership models to visualise in the practical way instead of a pop up idea. During this diagnosis, Mind Mapping has been a vital tool to reflect myself and to come with the key attributes which were hindering my improvement in maintaining the influence. Learning goals are been generates which will fill up the gaps between ‘current me’ and ‘Ideal me’ which is followed by the strategic and achievable action plans for getting this ask accomplish. Finally, a conclusion has been drawn in order to reflect my learning, experience and expectation from this learning contract.
