Description
Total quality management (TQM) is a holistic approach in a manufacturing system which helps to improve the total quality of the product or service experience. It is a process of continuous feedback from every section of a manufacturing system and assists in reducing errors from any business process by detecting and understanding the process. It is a structured approach of doing business (Wallach, 2011). Total quality management helps the employees to perform in an organised way, and ultimately it helps to maximize the customer satisfaction. This report is done to explain the contribution of Kaoru Ishikawa in the field of Total Quality Management. This study intends to focus on his inventions, achievements, and influence in the business.
