Description
The aim of the report is to analyze the performance of teams while working in a culturally differentiated environment. The report would be identifying the opportunities that can be utilized in the presence of employees from three different countries. Besides giving opportunities to the business, cultural diversification would also bring concerns for the organization that would also be recognized in the report. Two traditional models of cultural management Hofstede’s Cultural dimension model and Bennett’s model for development would be used to explore the various aspects of cross-cultural teams in the organization. On the basis of the analysis, the report would provide recommendations for cultural management in the organization.
