Description
The report comprises of description of human factors and its goals and objectives. The report gives a vivid idea of the influence of the human factors on the maritime environment. From the perspective of a designated person ashore of a shipping company the most common human factors problem has been identified and described. The problems arising due to fatigue among the personnel on board have been described and certain solutions to the problems are also recommended.
