Description
This report is based on the following requirement -
Students are required to select a job they are familar with and analyse its motivational potential by applying one of the following motivation theories: Maslow's Hierachy of Needs, Herzberg's Two Factor Theory, Alderfer's ERG theory and Hackman & Oldham's Job Characteristic Theory.
• Provide a brief background to the job and the organisation/industry.
• Analyse the job using your selected motivation theory.
• Provide recommendations to improve the motivational potential of the job.
