Diversity in organizations is gaining significant importance in today’s complex business environment as organizations should face increased competition, respond to ever changing demands of the customers and adopt to latest technologies to sustain in the market (Yang & Konrad, 2011). Diversity has its own benefits and also is quite challenging. Diverse workforce brings with them diverse ides, values, beliefs and practices and require to develop certain shared values and practices to work collaboratively towards achieving the shared organizational goals (Ilmakunnas & Ilmakunnas, 2011).
