The paper highlights on the main issues faced by the human resource department in the current era. The main concerns encountered by the organization named Kairo are related to Generation Y employees which includes their behaviour and attitude towards work. The research highlights on the fact, that the attitude of such employees is not very conducive to achieving organization goals, they experience increased work life imbalance which on the other hand has increased employee turnover rate resulting in instability in the organization. In order to survive, the human resource department needs to address these rapidly growing issues for a successful organization growth and development. The main essence of the paper is to understand the three underlying issues faced by the organization. Secondly, it talks about change management and how can this change be beneficial for organization growth. The paper closes with a conclusion on how organizations can benefit by the change in existing business model.
