Restaurant business and restaurant industry is very competitive. The changes in lifestyle created by modern living continue to fuel the steady growth of the restaurants. Today people have less time and resources to cook for themselves which has resulted in more number of people eating outside. Hong Kong is considered a culinary capital of Asia and opening a grill restaurant can be a challenge in the city due to intense competition from other restaurants. The research aims at analyzing the factors that are required to open a Grill restaurant in Hong Kong. The restaurant will be a theme based grill restaurant and will built on the concept of fire.
