Description
The economy in New Zealand is changing for the past few years as they are moving to an open market economy, where every business is driven by customer satisfaction. Hence, there was a huge demand for skilled workforce in the economy. As a result, the organizations felt the need of strategic training to their employees by which they could understand their roles, develop their skills and understand the goals and objectives of the organization. This will lead to better productivity and it is both beneficial to the employee and also the organization.
There is also cultural diversity in the workforce in New Zealand and the country is not well equipped to handle the issue. The organizations need to organize proper training programs in order to train the staff on managing diversity at the workplace. This is going to be a very serious issue as the organizations will suffer in the future when the demography of the population will change further in the coming years.
