In current competitive world, the organisations are being operated in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, or in a VUCA world, which is mainly driven by several external forces, including globalization and continuous technological change. Such environment is increasingly putting pressure on the organisations for enhancing the organisational capability and resources, so that these could be flexible and competitive enough to sustain in such environment (O'Neill et al., 2016). Further, the social and demographic aspects are changing the constituent of the workforce nowadays. In this context, it is noteworthy that these developments are affecting the way through which the organisations could shape the workforce’s behaviour and performance in the organisation. In this context, it is noteworthy that the organisational culture and structure arte playing major role in shaping the behaviour and performance of employees in this changing and uncertain business world. The employees’ satisfaction and wellbeing is dependent upon the organisational management culture and structure, which are further determining whether the employees would perform with high commitment or not.
