Organizational performance depends on its ability to respond to the ever changing market trends and various internal and external factors. The external and internal environmental factors have a significant impact on the organization’s performance and demand for changes in the internal elements, which if not implemented can result in issues in future. The organizations need to constantly analyse their structure, system and strategy since they directly influence the performance of the organization and bring required changes, which allows it to align other internal elements with organizational objectives and ensure its sustainability and growth. Abraj Energy Services SAOC is one of the major service provider to oil and gas industries, which has seen significant growth in short time. The organization ignored the inefficiency of the internal elements such as structure, which led to poor processes and human resource management practices, which further led to inefficiency in its performance and growing dissatisfaction among employees. Using the hard systems approach and the management frameworks the various aspects of the identified factors was well-determined. As per the analysis its rigid structure led to poor management of the processes and human resource practices, which directly impacted its effectiveness and efficiency. Based on the factors identified and using management frameworks the organization is recommended to bring change in its structure and human resource management practices, which will lead to changes in the processes enabling organization to continue delivering effective services to its clients.
