Whether a multinational corporation or any kind of company their main focus is on the HR part which is getting its importance since many years. The main notion of the study is to provide a brief overview of the topic of High Performance working in an organizational context. High performance Working can be defined as the concept of meeting the demand of the company and also meet the different variation in demand.
