Singapore has come to become one of the most trusted brand names in Asian’s aviation industry. It is not just Asia. But it has gained respect all over the world. It has the fleet that comprises of youngest people any aviation industry across the world has. It serves five continents and the symbol of the airlines is a Singaporean Girl that symbolises quality of service and customer care. The aim is to deliver the best airlines experience with service and care.
The aim of constructing the module is to study generic strategic management in aviation industry. This has been done using the key points that affect the aviation industry. Aviation industry is important part of any country’s economy. The aspects of strategic management are emphasised.
