Cultural homogenization is process in which various cultural practices are merged in to a single uniform cultural practices. This does not allow one to easily identify that there are features of the various cultures involved. In past there are many cultures that had mingled with each other in such a manner that it had lost their individual identity and it has now turned to one culture and they are not exhibiting the variations of any different preferences of attitudes among them. Tourism industry is an industry which involves the organisation, businesses and individuals to combine in some way or the other to deliver a great travel experience (Boella & Pannett 2003). A hospitality industry is the industry which providing the accommodation, beverages and food to the people. Both industries have flourished and reason might be contributed to the globalisation which brings the global people much more closer. This essay attempts to explore the cultural homogenisation in the context of the hospitality and tourism industry. .
