Assignment is based on the following requirement –
Resource Manager for Pacific Coast Hotels, with a short report based upon the audit feedback from The Rocks Hotel. The feedback is provided in a section below.
The report should include recommendations regarding the International Human Resource Management (IHRM) functions such as staffing, training and development, employment relations and other relevant issues that impact upon an organisation’s performance.
In particular, an evaluation of current HRM practices of The Rocks Hotel should provide the foundation for recommendations that will contribute to Janet’s strategic global HRM plan for the impending resort acquisition in Thailand.
