Telecommunication serves as a crucial tool for the success of any organization in the present business world. Telecommunication is needed for the communication of employees within an organization; it is required for the organizations to relate with the customers and also to maintain supplier relations. For the purpose of this report we have concentrated on the company named Telecom New Zealand and conducted the PESTLE analysis relevant in the present business world. We have analyzed the issues, challenges and problems faced by them, the leadership styles followed by the organization as well as their methods of motivating their employees. Lastly, we have stressed on the delegation patterns of the management.
