course as background for your report.
Details
Write an essay which critically analyses the following:
- Why managing diversity OR work-life balance is important in contemporary
workplaces (it is your choice to analyse either managing diversity, or work-life balance).
- The link between organisational performance and diversity or work-life balance.
- How diversity or work-life balance is linked with other Human Resource Management concepts such as training and development, performance management and/or recruitment (managing diversity may link with work-life balance, and vice-versa).
