The main concern of the organizations has always being to increase their productivity. But gone were the times when the focus was only on the results not on the means to achieve those results. The current scenario reveals the changing nature of a job and the organizations working hard to provide incentives and take care of the factors that comes along this changing nature of the job market. In this ever changing world, external and internal factors combine together and affect an organization and its people.
People to be very specific play a very important role in today’s work environment. They need to cope with organizational changes and alter their behaviours to confirm with the organizational environment.
