Knowledge Management (KM) is the key for modifying individual knowledge into organizational knowledge to earn greater benefits (Darroch, 2005). This knowledge management directly helps in developing, assimilating, structuring and using knowledge to achieve greater organizational performance. The need for knowledge management practices is gaining immense popularity to enhance and sustain the organizational performance. But due to inability to accomplish knowledge management practices they are unable to achieve greater performance (Choi et al, 2008). So, various knowledge management strategies have been formulated by the varied organizations. But, it has still not achieved its aim to distinctly define the link between knowledge management strategies and organizational performance. In this study two articles based on knowledge management are critically analyzed to understand their contribution to the field of knowledge management.
