Due to company’s monopoly it has the largest market share in Oman and hence dominates on several products and services. The company’s business strategy is ineffective since it does not consider the external and internal forces effectively, which led to the failure of its internationalization strategy and also created dissatisfaction among the consumers due to blocking of VoIP service, which is quite beneficial for the expatriates in the country. In long run the company might face tough competition and loss in its business, which can be overcome by responding to the internal and external forces effectively.
