Description
This report first analyses the factors, which have led to the problem situation in Omantel and also provides recommendations to overcome the problem situation using the management frameworks. The next part of the assignment analyses the different management frameworks used to analyse the problem situation and provides justification for the use of those frameworks for analysis and for providing recommendations.
