Description
Be it a multinational company or any manufacturing company HR is an area which is getting its importance since many years. The study will include a concept known as High Performance Working and will show how this concept helps to run a company. High Performance Working is a concept which is used by most of the big companies to meet the need and requirements of the alterations as well as rising demand which is mostly faced by a lot of huge customization and attainment of each individual needs. A successful incorporation of High performance Working will result into high performance and in the long run it will also increase the demand of the product. The given report is in the form of a proposal which will be presented to the MD/ CEO of Product Development Oman. Based on the proposed proposal few recommendations will be provided that will be cost effective which in the long run will add on value to the company.
