Description
Strategy development and implementation is very crucial for an organization since its success or failure depends on the effectiveness of the structure. For a structure to be effective it is essential for the organisation to analyse external and internal environment and identify the opportunities, which can provide the company a competitive advantage. The organization should identify the key resources and allocate them effectively to be able to implement the developed strategy effectively. If the organization fails to identify the potential of its resources or identify the influence of external and internal forces then the planned strategy might not be able to provide the desired returns to the organization and instead can lead to loss in the business. It is essential for organizations to constantly analyse the external and internal environmental factors and re-align its resources and change its strategies to sustain and gain competitive advantage in the market.
