Description
This report in the first part analyses the various factors leading to the problem situation in PDO using the different organizational analysis frameworks and theoretical concepts. The report also provides recommendations to overcome the problems identified using the frameworks. The report in the second part discusses about the management frameworks and theoretical concepts used for problem analysis and solution finding and provides the justification for the same.
