Description
This report helps us to understand the importance and benefits of High Performance Working (HPW) and organization requirements to achieve the same. The main aim of economic performance of HPW systems is discussed. The economic disciples and HRM benefits are also highly linked to each other which are essential for the study. It is made by the organization to meet the changing demands and increasing needs. The OECD’s (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) referred this as a non-hierarchical structure and also details on the process of transformation of control oriented approach to team work and employment engagement (Wolf & Zwick, 2002). The workers of the organizations are the heart and soul of business and are directly related to the organizational performance. The management success and strategies in HPWS is referred by a bunch of HR policies (OECD, 2004). The role of HRM and its performance working in Bank Muscat, the most renowned bank of Oman to achieve success will be studied in this paper. The high performance working management is been followed by the Bank Muscat to achieve greater productivity and popularity by driving a working force effectively and efficiently.
