In the contemporary time, globalization is a common trend which providing the best advantage of expanding the market as a global phenomenon, also impact more complex challenges for organizations to sustain in the competition. Expanding the business or establishing subsidiaries in the global market, majority of the organizations are upraising their operation as per multinational companies. Providing effective service and operating in sync with every subsidiaries and head office, a common challenge of cross cultural treatment in the workplace occurs in many organizations.
