This report is based on the following topic -
What is sustainability? Why do managers need to understand it? Explain how
sustainability will influence organisational behaviour? Critically analyse and discuss how
the concepts of “Organisational Culture” (Chapter 9) will affect an organisation’s
transition to becoming a sustainable business. Link the team's findings back to the ways
in which managers and leaders can use this knowledge to implement policies to make
their organisations sustainable. Provide a series of at least five recommendations, each
being at least half a page in length, to assist managers to deal with the team's findings.
